  • The return request is initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • The supplement is in its original, unopened packaging with seals intact.
  • The product is not part of the non-returnable items list (see section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Perishable supplements.
  • Personalized or custom-made supplements.
  • Supplements marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

3. Initiating a Return or Refund:

4. Return Shipping:

In most cases, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide instructions for a free return.

Once we receive your returned supplement and it is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

6. Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a supplement, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
